1. Give yourself more time than you need Small business owners are notorious for over-scheduling days and then feeling overwhelmed. Instead of planning back-to-back meetings, Yaniv recommends including some down time in between to help get caught up.

2. Try not to multi-task The human brain is best utilized when it is focusing on one task at a time. Yaniv recommends small business owners try to zero in on a specific task, finish it and then move on.
