Using The Pomodoro Technique To Improve Workflow

Work in small chunks of time, and then take breaks in between. My favorite  technique is something called the Pomodoro, where you work for 25 minutes  straight on one task, while blocking out all other distractions, and then  take a break for 5 minutes before starting again. It’s surprisingly a very  efficient way of working and maintaining good energy levels.
