1 Tip To Help Improve Your Connection With A Customer
In your “order complete” email (doesn’t matter if it’s a physical product, a service, or a subscription), let the person ordering know they can contact you with any questions, that you’re there to help, and most importantly, that they can do so by replying to that email.
This can just be one sentence in that email (make sure it exists as it’s own paragraph), but the result is that customers will contact you with much higher frequency than before, and give you great ideas and feedback on your service and their needs.
This is what I have in my emails:
“If you have any questions, or need anything else, just reply to this email. I’m here to help.”
But the trick is, you have to mean it, you can’t just say you’re willing to help if you’re not. So you have to back it up, but if you do, you’ll delight more customers than ever.
