3 Simple Hacks To Dramatically Boost Productivity

  1. Email 
    Force yourself to check email only 3 times a day, once in the morning, once after lunch, and once in the evening. If you check your email frequently, you will get distracted from what you were doing quite often and you will end up getting much less done during the day.
  2. Make a timed to-do list
    To-do lists can be very effective, but making artificial deadlines associated with each item will force you to stay focused and on path to getting things done in a timely manner.
  3. Learn how to take effective breaks
    To be more productive, you need to take breaks. If you go for a quick walk or meditate for 10-15 minutes, you will come back to work refreshed and you will attack your work much more productively. It sounds counter-intuitive, but taking timely breaks will actually help you get more work done faster.
