3 Great Tips To Consider When Hiring
1. References: How do others feel this person has performed in the past.
2. Experience: Be specific. Don’t generalize when it comes to this aspect. Ensure that you are being as specific as possible in discerning their experience to make sure they have the appropriate skill set.
3. Problem Solving: Ask them tough questions. Don’t be afraid to intimidate or scare aware. The right candidate should be able to knock down whatever you throw at them.
Follow and observe these points and you will avoid a pile of headaches and less frequent turnover.
