If you’re company is growing quickly, this is essential to your success. You are not just hiring for today but for tomorrow as well. Here are some questions I would answer:
1. Do they have the potential to lead others in this field one day?
2. Are they team oriented and what is their background on teams?
Avoid trying to quickly fill a position versus finding the right fit.
